Social Media Strategist
That someone who loves all things social media.
The ideal person for this role will be experienced and bring both organization and creativity to the team. You will be responsible for the management of the multi-channel social networks for each of our small business clients. This includes the development and implementation of social media campaigns geared at increasing brand awareness, lead generation and customer retention. From the top down, these campaigns need to be strategy-driven, in alignment with each brand’s identity and voice and must be measurable in terms of engagement and success.
This position requires creating and publishing original and top quality content as well as working with our in-house paid social specialist in order to align campaigns and goals. The Social Media strategist must be knowledgeable in SEO and web traffic metrics and be able to provide monthly reporting on campaign goals and KPIs.
In the ever-evolving world of social media, you must be well-versed in its best practices and continuously be willing to learn about changes in these practices and innovations in new digital platforms and technologies.

With both recurring monthly articles for our marketing clients and adhoc assignments that occasionally surface, the person in this role needs to be comfortable writing about a wide range of topics. These pieces would include (but certainly not be limited to) original content blog articles, editing/lengthening of past articles, press releases and social media copy. We don’t do article spins and take plagiarism very seriously.
In addition to creativity, it would be ideal to have someone who can bring their experience in keyword research and SEO best practices. Our clients come from a large range of industries, so our writers must be those confident in their ability to research and write with modern-day SEO in mind as well as mirror the client’s brand personality and tone and write with the intended audience in mind.
